When you submit the enquiry form, the website sends your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message to the private Precision admin inbox stored by the site. The message is stored with a creation time and status (new, read or closed) so it can be handled operationally.

The form does not promise an email notification. It confirms only that the message was accepted by the website and is readable in the private admin area. Precision decides how to respond and how long enquiry records are needed; the owner should confirm that policy before launch.

Visitor insights are optional. No visit API request is made unless you explicitly choose Accept visitor insights in the consent banner. The banner also offers a clearly available Reject choice. If you have not made a choice, the site does not send visitor events.

There is no third-party analytics platform, advertising pixel, heatmap or marketing profile. Consented visitor logs are used only for the private operational dashboard and not for marketing copy.

For a consented event, the Worker records the following fields in the visitor log:

• the visitor’s IP address, stored as requested by the owner;
• the page path being viewed;
• the timestamp of consent and event creation;
• Cloudflare’s request country, region and city values when available; local previews use local or unavailable labels;
• the browser user-agent string; and
• a retention-until timestamp.

Visitor events are retained for up to seven days. Cloudflare’s scheduled Worker cleanup, the Coolify daily trigger while the container is running, and opportunistic cleanup on visitor/admin requests remove expired rows. Deletion is not promised at an exact instant, and no raw-IP cleanup condition beyond this retention policy is guaranteed. The admin labels these records consented visitor logs and shows their retention status.

The consent choice is stored in local storage and a small first-party cookie so the banner does not repeatedly ask on the same browser. The accepted choice also uses session storage to avoid duplicate page-view events in the same browsing session. These values are preference controls, not advertising identifiers.

Google Fonts may be requested by the existing design stylesheet. System fallbacks keep the site usable if that request is blocked. No third-party analytics or ad technology is loaded.

Seeded project images are served from this site’s static assets. Images uploaded by an authorised admin are stored in the configured Cloudflare R2 bucket and served from /media/<key>. Facebook and Google Maps links open external services; those services have their own privacy policies and may process data when you choose to visit them.

To reject optional visitor insights, choose Reject in the banner. To remove an already stored preference on this browser, clear the site’s local storage and cookies; that does not itself delete a server record already retained, so contact Precision for a request about stored data.
